Twenty Trees Consulting provide software Consultancy and Development. We offer independent auditing and management of any Software development that is either in progress or being considered. We also review development capability and capacity to provide customers with an impartial view to that of the software company being employed.

 

In looking at software developments, we can review all or any part of the development process and produce a comprehensive report that covers:-

In doing so we can empower our customers, propose strategies to reduce risk, and save money by avoiding inappropriate allocation of resources on software that may not arrive or be unfit for purpose. 

For IT projects being considered our Development Management option allows customers to free their own resource and have expertise available only for the duration it is required and at the levels that the project demands saving the costs of permanent staff who are not fully utilised.
